Cold water immersion has been around for thousands of years. And with the recent explosion of scientifically proven benefits the use of this water therapy is spreading at the same pace as we recently have seen with sauna bathing. We at Sauna Tramuntana love the cold water and have accumulated experience through our weekly practice whilst living in Norway. We are now certified instructors and ready to share this magic. We have divided this workshop into theory and practice. You will learn about the health benefits, physiological processes, safety and suggested methods. In the second part we apply what we have learned by immersing ourselves 1-2 times. Our goal is that you connect with the cold in a peaceful manner and importantly leave with another tool in your toolbox. Minimum price (10 people) included cold plunge and ice is 350 Euro.
