The use of sauna can be combined with a wide arrange of activities for so many different ocasions.
From cold plunging to yoga to breathwork to sound journeys to you name it. What heat exposure does to your mental and phyical wellbeing makes it a great fit with so many traditions. It can be at private events such as weddings, birthday celebration, or just treating your friends with a great evening to the corporate side by having any of these packages at team building, networking events and more.
Now and then we find creatives that we just love to work with. Therefore we have put together these
packages that work for a handful of people up to 25 at the time. We are always open for suggestions that we
haven't thought of so do get in touch if you have an idea!
SAUNA + BREATH WORK
Debbie Lash is a powerhouse of a human that never stops evolving her traits yoga and now breathwork. We started collaborating with Debbie the month we started up Sauna Tramuntana and we love this collaboration. With the combination of suna, cold plunge and pcychedelic breathwork you are bound for a true evening of self care, connection and energy. We do groups of 5-25.
